The flexo printing machine is divided into three basic types: stack type, satellite type (Ci type)and unit type.

1. The structure of the stack type flexo printing machine is simple and compact, small size, low  cost and easy to print. The disadvantage is that the transmission is complex, the gap point of the gear is too much, the combination of color group is difficult, the printing accuracy is poor, the online difficulty is large; It can only be used for general printed matter and printed matter that requires a positive and negative print.

2. The satellite flexo printing machine is used to complete the color printing sleeve on the common printing press. As the printed material is pressed to the cylinder, the material's tension changes very little, and the material becomes smaller when it is dry. The machine is compact and the paper route is short; Therefore, it is especially suitable for the printing of thin materials with more difficult control of width and tension, and the overprinting precision is higher than the stack types. The disadvantage is that the  cost of machine is higher, the color group number is restricted by the center cylinder size, the various groups of different arrangement angles are different, and the color group is difficult to organize.

3. unit type flexo printing unit structure is accordance, transmission is simple and reliable, operation and maintenance is simple, the group of color combination is convenient, and finishing process online easily operation,accuracy is  high , it is suitable for short version printing, through the guide roller changing strip running routes, the machine can achieve a double-sided printing.The disadvantage is that the area is large, the paper line is too long.
